My story
People's stories are worth telling well.
I love meeting new people, listening to their stories and the experiences they've shared. Being able to use my writing to turn that into a ceremony their friends and family will remember — that's a real privilege.
The freedom of celebrant work is what drew me in. Every couple is different, and the ceremony should reflect that. Whether it's an intimate garden ceremony with the family puppy as ring bearer, or a medieval castle with two hundred guests, the words should feel completely yours.
I've been with my husband for twenty years, recently renewed our own vows, and have two daughters. We live in Deal on the Kent coast.
The best ceremonies don't sound like ceremonies. They sound like the people standing in front of you.
